General conditions of sales
Article 1 - Duration of the stay : The client who signs the contract concluded for a fixed period cannot under any circumstances take advantage of any right to stay in the premises.
Article 2 -Conclusion of the contract : The online reservation becomes effective as soon as the client has guaranteed it by credit card valid at the date of the beginning of the stay.
Article 3 - Cancellation by the client : The general conditions of sale are not the same according to the offer that the client reserves.
Within the framework of the flexible offer, the reservation can be cancelled and modified until 6 pm on the day of arrival. For all modifications or cancellations before this time, no fee will be charged. In the case of a no-show or after this time, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the stay.
In the case of an advance offer, the reservation is firm and final. It is non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable. It requires a prepayment by credit card.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains the property of the establishment.
Article 4 - Arrival: The client is welcomed on the specified day from 5 pm or earlier depending on availability. In case of late arrival, the customer must inform the hotel.
Article 5 - Payments : Payments accepted within the establishment: Cash, Bank card, American Express, Holiday vouchers.
Article 6 - Tourist tax: The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the hotel, which then transfers it to the Public Treasury.
Article 7 - Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their purpose. He/she commits himself/herself to return the accommodation in good condition.
Article 8 - Animals : The establishment welcomes pets under 10kg for an additional fee of 6€ per animal per night.
Article 9 - Capacity : The contract is established for a precise number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the hotel is able to refuse additional guests. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the hotel, so that in case of deIn the event that more guests than those refused are accepted, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation shall be retained by the establishment.
Article 10 - Insurance : The client is responsible for all damages caused by him. He must therefore check whether his main home contract includes the holiday extension (vacation rental). The tenant certifies to be covered by a civil liability insurance covering his own responsibility and that of the persons accompanying him.
Article 11 - Litigation: It is recommended to contact the Tourist Office which will intervene to promote the amicable settlement of disputes - if the complaint is made within the first three days after the arrival of the client.within the first three days after arrival, for any dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures or the description, - at the end of the stay for all other disputes. For all disputes arising from the execution or interruption of the present contract, only the courts of the jurisdiction of the place of the property subject to the rental are competent.
